Bluestar PLM superuser training platform

Purpose

The site (herein after referred as "Bluestar Academy") is a digital platform for delivering training services by PDM technology Group to their customers.

Contract (GDPR Art. 6.1(b)) Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract

Users

Category

Bluestar Academy Members

Purpose

Bluestar Academy members PDM technology Group customers who by contract require training services in connection to the products, purchased by the company. The users are only created and maintained by PDM technology assigned manager.
Bluestar Academy members are granted access to Bluestar Academy by providing their first name, last name, business e-mail, company name and job title. The members then have the possibility to provide more information about themselves via their Bluestar Academy profile, which is optional.

Admin role
The admin users have access to the site administration and users’ information, statistics and activities, which show the name, email, IP address of the user, their first and last access to the site, activity overview. This information is directly only accessible to the system admin and the assigned Bluestar PLM manager, responsible for managing the Bluestar Academy user database and content.

Retention period
User data is stored until the end of the agreed subscription period.

Purpose

Bluestar Academy courses represent the individual Bluestar PLM modules, allowing the Bluestar Academy members to receive the training services related to their Bluestar PLM solution.
